SPEAKER:

Onyeka Agbatise, Human Resources Professional

Onyeka loves HR! She is an HR professional with over 14 years of HR experience in a wide range of generalist and specialist areas spanning Business Partnering, Consulting, Start-Up HR, Project & Change Management, Operational Excellence, and Global M&A Projects. Her experience cuts across multiple geographies including the United Kingdom, Nigeria, North Africa and The Netherlands. She has worked with diverse business leaders in multiple organisations to translate business strategy into people initiatives that deliver improved business performance, employee engagement and business value. She has also helped start-ups go from concept to scale and driven several complex change projects which have led to greater business impact, affordable HR, operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
Onyeka holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Lagos and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
