Coaching is becoming increasingly common in the global workforce, with good coaching from managers leading to more motivated and better-performing employees.
As organizations have come to recognize the many purposes and benefits of coaching, the field has grown dramatically, and some organizations actively work to create a culture of coaching.

In this session, you will get insights on how coaching can effectively increase leader and organizational performance from the viewpoint of a coaching expert. You will be introduced to a holistic perspective of coaching and how to implement a coaching strategy in your organization.
