Omorinsola Sofola is the Partner, Strategy & Operations Transformation with Phillips Consulting.
Omorinsola has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a seasoned management professional, globally certified HR practioner (GPHR, HRMP), certified project manager (Prince 2), certified general manager (SHINE GM) and UK certified life coach, with over 20 years of public and private sector experience in strategy, human resources, business process improvement, corporate services, consulting, banking and financial services, operations and hospitality.
Her private sector experience includes working as a registered member of the New York Stock Exchange as a financial advisor for Citibank in Chicago managing multi-million dollar investment portfolios of corporate clients and high net worth individuals. Her consulting experience in both Phillips Consulting and Accenture includes developing and implementing strategy, business process improvement, organization, and workforce transformation for large corporate organizations in the private and public sectors. Omorinsola has tested competencies in strategy, leadership development, enterprise performance management, project management, financial management, budgeting, business development, coaching, human resources, organization transformation and learning & development. She has led various transformation projects for various private and public sector clients including NDDC, First Bank of Nigeria and Access Bank. Union Bank and many others.
Her competitive advantage is her key industry experience spanning over several years as the Head, HR Business Partners for Keystone Bank, Country HR Director and Director of Operations at Hilton Abuja & Lagos respectively, where she was responsible for the overall profitability, operational efficiency, guest experience and team member engagement of the hotel.
Omorinsola loves to coach, mentor and network. She is married with 2 lovely children.
